Shelli's Valentine Treat Topper

San Antonio Regional Training and Leadership Conference last month was everything I had hoped and more. Shelli, our Stampin' Up! co-founder, shared with us a Valentine treat topper project. I'm inspired by her style and I couldn't wait to duplicate this little cutie. The candy matches the topper colors. It's all about the candy. :-D
